Whether it’s seated massage or yoga sessions, we can provide a package tailor-made to suit your company.
We have worked with Daventry Council during their ‘Wellbeing Week’ and have also delivered weekly sessions in local schools.
Seated Massage
Seated massage is performed fully clothed in special massage chair, which is designed to keep pressure off those postural muscles that work constantly when seated at a desk. There is no requirement to use any oils or lotions so it is perfectly suited to the workplace.
Individuals can choose between a general back and shoulder massage or an Indian head massage. Each person is required to complete a short safety form prior to massage to ensure that the therapist is aware of any injuries or ailments.
Yoga
Why not offer staff the opportunity to try a hatha or restorative yoga class, or a chair yoga session? These can be booked as one-offs for wellbeing days or as weekly sessions. To find out more about yoga, please visit the yoga page.
Meditation & Mindfulness
Meditation and mindfulness sessions give your staff opportunity to relax and unwind. These sessions can be run as a one-off session for wellbeing days or on a more regular basis.
